EQAC project which is funded by European Comission and coordinated by Baku Business University made team come together to be trained on quality related computer integrated softwares which are called QPR metrics and QPR Graphic Design . The 1-day training organized at Baku Business University and UTECA representatives have developed a realistic situation based on QPR Graphics and QPR Metrics by considering European Education Standards (ESG), which is used to ensure quality within the University. Vugar Ismayilov, vice-rector for academic affairs of the university, and Asiman Ilyasov, Head of Quality Assurance Department, tested the application , the functionality of the system and discussed with European education experts.
EQAC (Establishment of Quality Assurance Centers in Azerbaijan Higher Education Institutions) project is implemented within the framework of the ERASMUS + program financed by the European Commission. 5 European and 11 Azerbaijani universities have incorporated on a number of concepts such as student-oriented education programs in accordance with new standards, work with students, student support, rating and promotion of annual activities of professor-teacher staff.
Various trainings have been organized for Project members including UTECA staff in England, Lithuania and Sweden so far.
