Trainings are being organized by the Erasmus + EQAC project, which  is funded by European Commission in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, and UTECA is being represented by Asiman Ilyasov, the head of the University's Quality Assurance Department, and the Director of the Center for Science and International Relations, Orhan Vatankah.

The trainings are being held with European education experts and during the training QPR Graphics Design and QPR Metrics software are being discussed that were used for quality assurance within the organization. Each University has created a hierarchical structure with the help of this software by considering their own university.
