The associates of Sumgayit State University took part in the training at Alicante University within the ERASMUS + EQAC project “Establishment and Development of Quality Assurance Centers in Azerbaijani Universities”, financed by European Commission.

The training was attended by representatives of Education Ministry, 11 universities of Azerbaijan and 4 universities of Europe from June 3 to 7.

The training was devoted to conducting SWOT analysis in accordance with European standards, writing teaching programs, National Quality Assurance system and experience of Spain, effective evaluation, main activity indicators of universities, innovative teaching and accreditation.

Vice-rector on Teaching Organization and Training Technologies docent Natig Talibov, dean of the Economics and management faculty docent Aynura Yahyayeva, head of Process automation department prof.Javanshir Mammadov, chairwoman of International Cooperation department Samira Mammadova and lab assistant of Department of Azerbaijani language and its teaching methods Nihad Huseynov represented Sumgayit State University in the training.
