Representatives of SSU participated in training at the University of Applied Social Sciences in Vilnius, Lithuania

     On 17-22 November, the training on “Development and creation of Quality Assurance Centers in Azerbaijani Universities” was held at the University of Applied Social Sciences in Vilnius, Lithuania.

     The main purpose of the training was to apply the quality assurance standards in the European Higher Education Area to QPR, to provide training on the Metrix, QMS and QPR design process, and to learn European experience. The training was conducted by moderators of the European trainers: Dr. Inka Juknyte-Petreikiene, Dr. Alvydas Punis. The sessions included discussions, group work and individual assignments. One of the key factors in the training was sharing experience and analyzing European standards. On the fourth day of training, the universities presented their work in the space of quality assurance. The last day was a workshop on the Fishbone diagram.

       The event was attended by experts, representatives of Azerbaijani universities, Assoc.Prof. Natig Talibov - Vice-Rector for Teaching Organization and Teaching Technologies,  Dr of philosophy Samira Mammadova - Head of International Cooperation Department, and Nihad Huseynov - Senior Laborant at the Chair of World Economy and Marketing from Sumgait State University

        At the end, the event was completed by completing the evaluation forms.
